14-day refund window

Paid Flow Dev product purchases include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@flowpilots.dev with the subject "Refund Request" and include your Polar order number, checkout email, purchased plan, and purchase date.

Processing

We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Polar.sh and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Refund limits

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
License keys must not be shared, resold, or used for prohibited activity.
Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
